White Tank & Truck Repair offers a mobile messaging program that allows employees to receive text messages related to dispatch assignments, scheduling, and other work-related operational updates. This program is limited to current employees of White Tank & Truck Repair and is not used to contact customers or the general public.
We may collect mobile telephone numbers from employees who voluntarily provide them through the new-hire consent process, a written opt-in form, or an inbound JOIN text message. Mobile numbers are used solely for the purposes disclosed at the time of consent: dispatch assignments, scheduling, and other job-related operational communications. Mobile numbers are not used for marketing or unrelated promotional purposes.
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in through any authorized method, you expressly consent to receiving text messages from White Tank & Truck Repair for the purposes disclosed at the point of collection.
Opt-in methods may include:
• New-hire onboarding consent form
• Existing-employee written consent form
• Inbound JOIN text message to White Tank’s dispatch number
Consent is not a condition of employment. Message frequency may vary based on dispatch and scheduling needs. Message and data rates may apply.
After providing consent, you may receive a confirmation message verifying your enrollment in the messaging program. Continued participation constitutes ongoing authorization to receive messages unless and until you opt out.
You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, OPTOUT, CANCEL, END, REVOKE, or QUIT, or by any other reasonable method, for example notifying HR or dispatch directly by phone or email. Opt-out requests are honored within 10 business days. After opting out, you will continue to receive dispatch and scheduling information through non-text channels, and you may receive a final confirmation message.
For assistance with this program, you may reply HELP, or contact us directly via phone or email.
Employees who opt out of the messaging program must provide new express consent before receiving additional messages. Re-enrollment may occur through the written consent form or by replying JOIN where applicable.
White Tank & Truck Repair respects your privacy and does not sell, rent, share, lease, or otherwise disclose employee mobile phone numbers or SMS consent data to third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile phone numbers and messaging data are used solely for internal dispatch and scheduling operations. We may share limited information with trusted service providers who assist in delivering messaging services, provided such providers are contractually prohibited from using the information for marketing purposes.
White Tank & Truck Repair maintains internal records documenting employee consent, including opt-in source and method, date and time of authorization, phone number, consent language used, and staff member who obtained it. These records are retained in accordance with applicable carrier, regulatory, and legal requirements and may be produced in the event of a compliance audit or regulatory inquiry.
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed, undelivered, misdirected, or failed messages. Delivery is subject to carrier network availability and is not guaranteed by White Tank & Truck Repair. By participating in this messaging program, you acknowledge that White Tank & Truck Repair will not be liable for damages or losses arising from the use of, or failure to receive, any text message.
Program Changes and Termination
White Tank & Truck Repair reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate its text messaging program at any time, including changes to message frequency, content, or delivery methods. Material changes will be communicated through updated policies or messaging notifications where required.
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
